Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy To ensure fairness and sustainability of our offerings, Tirakuna Wellness requires notice for all cancellations or changes. • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit. • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% fee of the total booking value. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee. • Corporate and private group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the session, with the remaining balance due prior to commencement. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date once, subject to availability, with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Tirakuna Wellness reserves time, facilitators, and resources specifically for your booking. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to offer services to others. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
