Your session begins with a sacred space clearing, using purifying aromas or smoke such as sage (utilised only with your comfort and consent) to prepare the environment for healing. At the heart of this experience is an intuitive, responsive approach. Throughout the session, both Daniel and Elysia consciously tune into your energetic, emotional, and physical state, listening closely to the subtle feedback of your mind, body, and soul. Drawing on their intuitive awareness and years of practice, the session is continuously adapted in real time to meet what is being sensed in the moment. This may include the intentional use of specific instruments played on or around the body, focused energetic techniques, personalised grounding tools, and supportive resources aligned with your unique energetic makeup at that time, a speciality tea blend or an intentional crystal to support you on your journey. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy To ensure fairness and sustainability of our offerings, Tirakuna Wellness requires notice for all cancellations or changes. • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit. • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% fee of the total booking value. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee. • Corporate and private group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the session, with the remaining balance due prior to commencement. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date once, subject to availability, with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Tirakuna Wellness reserves time, facilitators, and resources specifically for your booking. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to offer services to others. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
